Delivery Methods
1. How to pack?
We ship by international parcel / EMS / DHL / UPS / TNT, or we ship by sea, if the order volume is more than 1 cubic meter, depending on the area where you live.
2. Can we have a postage discount?
Yes of course. We are the old customer of International Express, we may have more favorable preferential rates for the shipment. For example: we are the former customer of EMS, then we can benefit from a 40% reduction with the post office on the total.
3. How many days does it take?
Usually, UPS takes 3-4 working days worldwide, and 5-7 working days by EMS, and 4-5 working days by TNT / DHL, depending on the area where you live.
4. How do I calculate the postage?
Shipping costs are calculated by weight, so buy more and save more! For example: EMS express charges are almost the same for 1 or 5 items with packaging. the heavier the package, the lower the shipping cost per kilo.
5. About the delivery time
After your order is placed, we will check it first, then send you the invoice within 24 hours. And as our old wholesalers, (order from us first.), We will check your priority order, prepare the items we have in stock, then send you the invoice with the exact shipping cost. So after you pay, we will ship it to you within 1 business day. And as new wholesalers, in general, we could send your package to you within 2 working days.
6. Tell me the shipping cost before order
Shipping cost depends on weight, delivery method (EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS or sea transit) and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare the exact shipping cost before placing an order (the weight of a bikini is about 0.05kg, but the leather is about 0.3kg/pc). And you can choose any shipping company you like and we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping costs, you can also choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
7. What about local taxes and import duties?
Local taxes and import duties may apply in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The purchaser or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office before ordering.
8. How to get a lower or free import tax?
Any import costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In order to ensure you receive your tax less or no import tax, we will declare it as "GIFT" or "SAMPLE" with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If you need to use true value or any other request, please write down the information in the "Notes" when completing the order.
9. Are there any additional costs from you?
We will not charge any additional costs other than the actual wholesale price and the corresponding shipping costs. Meanwhile, we would not be responsible for the bank charges of your payment. The price of the order does not include customs tax. We will try our best to help our customers to avoid custom tax, but due to the complexity of each country's tax policy, we are not sure your package can be customized tax free.
10. Why sometimes I can't check the express website after receiving the tracking number?
Because sometimes express delays in updating information on their website. So please be patient and check back later.
